sucky steamboat

went to comex again… cos jj wanted to buy camera…. and as bear expected.. she bought the same model as me… super sianz.. lucky only left silver… she bo bian and bought it… I’m ok with pple buying same things as me.. but not ok with pple I dun really like to buy the same as me =X… lol..

BALLY PHOTO service sucks can… when jj asked to change the color to black and willing to wait for preorder… their face changed… machiam we owe them billons… just to double confirm, jj asked whether it is confirmed that 3 weeks she can get the camera… and the bastard say.. “not confirm la.. is panasonic dun have stocks, not us…” what a fuck-up attitude…

me and ah le burst out… “such a bad service” I shouted… being saggi.. both of us dun really care whether the other party is happy or not.. BALLY PHOTO SUCKS…  give me 1million to step into BALLY PHOTO, I also need to think lor… I cursed them go bankrupt in a year…

we spent money to 受气..  wah lau… 岂有此理!!!! though not my money la.. but still not worth it to get the camera becos of the sucky attitude.. and this happen after jj paid lor… at first still so friendly… very fake lor…

we went to have steamboat at 天天火锅BBQ (beach road)… another event that makes us boil… the food sucks lor.. so “fresh” can … especially the fish and meat… super smelly can… even bear’s socks smell nicer lor…  $16.30 per pax somemore…  4 of us ate till not full and not happy..

I dunno whether we had went to the wrong one.. I know 天天火锅小厨 at tan quee lan street is famous… after our disgusting steamboat.. we walked over to tan quee lan and see… everything the same lor… price also the same… the uniform the staffs wore also same.. 天天 is banned forever lor…and it is so OVER-RATED lor… I rather stay at home and ask my mama to prepare lor… SUCKS MAN!!!

I seriously doubt those good reviews now.. especially those with tv reviews… all sure kenna bribed de lor..

I swear I nvr go back again… give me eat for free, I also dun wan… PUI!!! before we left, one of the staff asked whether he can help (I think he saw ah le stretching his hand and tot we are calling him)…

staff: 有事吗?
me: 没事，这里的东西很难吃..

and we just walked off.. 3 of them kinda shocked that I will say that infront of his face… jj scared the staff will beat me up… I dun think they dare.. and I bet they themselves nvr try their food b4…

comex/swensons

went to comex at Suntec.. as expected la… alot of pple.. all pushing ard… this time din really anything.. cos nth attractive for me and bear… helped ellen buy 2.5″ western digital external hdd (250gb) instead… $99.90 nia…  hdd getting cheaper and cheaper le.. many yrs ago, I rem I bought my 2.5″ hdd (40gb) at $125 lor.. now even got 1TB le… cool man.. but so much space can put wat sia… I still have many space on my 3.5″ 250gb hdd (bought last yr IT show) even I dump all my photos and mp3s inside.. guess in the near future.. the min space for hdd would be 1TB le..

no wonder I am growing horizontally.. always dine at restaurants… must also stop this!!!

had a sinful dinner at swensons (suntec).. seriously, they should improve the service le… no one really bother to clear the tables, no one bother abt us when we wanna order… and best thing is… no smiles at all… not even from the managers on duty lor!!!

back to chicago~

we went back to Chicago’s Steak almost 1 year later… the last time we went I think was to celebrate sis’s birthday…

today we went back again… but I din go for the steak… trying to control my diet… =X… just dun wan to grow horizontally… so if can, I will try to avoid a full dinner…

paid $3.50 for a set meal.. comes with a soup and drink..  cream of chicken… but kinda dilute…

bear had sirlon steak (medium-well)… bear think the standard has dropped abit.. he still prefer Jack’s Place…

craved for spaghetti recently.. so had slipper lobster spaghetti.. 1st time having spaghetti in Chicago.. find it so-so nia.. dun really like.. maybe becos of the olive ba.. and dunno why… I dun have the appetite to eat even though I was hungry…

spent quite a bomb also.. haiz.. huisi.. must control liao… cannot anyhow spend… looks like I need to cancel one of my CC le..

bought a hairdryer from Best Denki.. $65.. a bit heart pain eh… got one phillips hair dryer at home.. but was put in the kitchen common area to share.. whenever wanna use, have to queue up… bth… so bought one to put in my room.. solely for my use nia =X

vitamins again… the previous vit E & C from Vitahealth last me for 1.5mths.. different brand this time..  and much cheaper… esp the EPO… such big tub that can last me for a year (assuming I rem to take 1 per day) only $36.70… not sure whether cold pressed EPO are good or not… anyway just try lor.. =X.. also bought vitamin E and C..

if you ask me whether any results after 1.5mths of vitamins intake… actually nth much different.. maybe sometimes I forget to take =X.. but sort of help my sinus prob.. not as serious as before though..

 

weekend [recap]

23 August, 2008 – Saturday

pay day!!! haha… but after minus all the bills and insurance.. back to sq one.. dunno why I every mth so broke…  spent 3/4 of the day at home blogging and playing ff3… all bear’s fault la.. install ff3 for me… now kena addicted…

though dont really play other series of ff… but ff3 really nice.. its been loooooooooong time since I last played rpg le… will play other series after I complete my ff3… lol..

supposed to meet bear, ah le and jj at The Cathay 8.30pm… but me played game till dunno time.. 8.15pm then go out.. haha..

ah le and jj wanted to treat us dinner to post-celebrate their rom on 08 Aug 2008… had dinner at BillyBombers (The Cathay)… when jj 1st came out from msia, we treated her BB at Bugis.. and she love it… so wanted to have it again this time…

my veggie and mushroom spaghetti…. sucks to the max.. probably becos of the olives.. I hate olives lor… din managed to finish.. too sucky le..

bear’s sirlon steak… somehow I feel that the standard dropped alot… the steak dun taste as good le… too hard for a medium-well…

ah le ordered chicken and ribs set… tenderlicious chicken.. probably is becos the part is drumstick ba…

jj’s fish & fries… according to her, this is what she had when we treated her last time…

played ds the whole day at bear’s hse also.. =X partly becos its raining cats and dogs (hmm.. wonder y not money and diamond… lol)..

went out at 5pm to fetch my K850i from hospital… all fine after the operation… but I wanna sell it off hopefully very soon… cant stand my phone got defects…

bought bear’s belated bday present… forgo mont blanc pen and let him choose himself… and he choose a LCD TV… what a strange bday present right… bo bian.. he wants ma…

bear too excited le.. bought it at amk hub ntuc.. cash credit card and carry… bear insisted to carry home himself… =.=… helped bear revamp his gaming corner… can see bear so happy…

halfway through the cleaning and moving.. I suddenly rem to take pic and ask bear to pose.. haha… bear really in happy mode.. still will 配合…

bkk trip – day 5(last day) [recap]

last day… cant believe I took so many days to blog this trip…

had last shopping at Platinum Fashion Mall and Big C again.. cos dun really wish to travel too far…

more t-shirts and tank tops…

and more t-shirts for myself, sis and mcp.. haha…

since checking out, so took one pic of the room key for remembrance..

blusher in liquid form from Big C supermarket… very natural.. dun have the cakey feel and its so lasting eh… tried it when I go work.. surprisingly.. my blusher last whole day… shld have stocked up more… wasted…

had ice-cream at Swensons again.. have to wait dunno how many yrs later before we can go back to have cheap ice-cream… this time we ordered different each… haha.. greedy me.. ordered such a tall glass ( I tot very small nia lor)… but I still managed to finished it all by myself.. wahhaha..
